What We Offer

GAP ANALYSIS

A WHS GAP Analysis is a structured assessment tool used to compare an organisation's current safety practices against it's legislative requirements.

OSC offers a scaled service for events and suppliers working within the live entertainment industry, designed to give you a clear, practical picture of where your current WHS arrangements stand against your legal obligations — without the cost or complexity of a full system audit.

OFFERINGS

  • GAP Analysis report

  • Recommendations and Corrective Actions Plan

  • 30-minute debrief call or meeting to walk through findings

PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT

Under the WA WHS General Regulations 2020, PCBUs have a legal obligation to manage psychosocial risks within their organisation. OSC uses a Psychosocial Risk Assessments as a systematic process to identify, evaluate and advice control factors that have the potential to cause psychological or physical harm in your workplace.

OFFERINGS

  • Psychosocial Risk Assessment report summarising methodology, findings and hazard analysis

  • Psychosocial risks register with risk ratings and recommended controls

  • Management findings presentation / debrief session

  • Optional: staff toolbox talk or briefing to communicate outcomes and available support

WHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

The development of a fit-for-purpose Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) for your business. The system will be scaled to your company's size, event types and risk profile — built around practical, usable documents your crew will actually use on site, not a generic compliance binder.

OFFERINGS

  • Complete WHS Management System document set (editable Word/PDF)

  • Field-ready SWMS and induction templates specific to your scope of work

  • Core WHS registers (risk, legal, training, plant, contractor)

  • One staff training session on how to navigate the WHSMS (up to 2 hours)

WHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – RETAINER SERVICE

Pay a fixed monthly or quarterly fee for ongoing access to external health and safety expertise. This includes a set monthly quota of allocated hours, system maintenance, consultation for continuous improvement, rapid response advisory along with ‘audit and tender readiness’ support.

WORKPLACE SAFETY INSPECTIONS

Book an independent Workplace Safety Audit to verify that your WHS Management System is not only documented and meets legislative requirements, but works effectively in practice. The audit provides an objective, evidence-based assessment suitable for internal assurance, client/venue due diligence, or as a precursor to insurance or tender requirements.

OFFERINGS

  • Formal Workplace Safety Inspection / Audit report with findings and evidence references

  • Corrective actions plan and register with risk ratings, recommended actions, owners and target dates

  • Close-out meeting with management to walk through findings

INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

An independent incident investigation is a service we offer to determine the root cause and contributing factors of a workplace incident or near-miss, and to support your business in meeting its WHS obligations, including any notifiable incident requirements.

OFFERINGS

  • Establish the facts and sequence of events surrounding the incident

  • Identify root causes and contributing factors, not just immediate causes

  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence

  • Support the business in meeting regulatory obligations, including engagement with WorkSafe WA where relevant
